Con making a move
Hey guys, Con had a good week and gained some ground, not as much as he hoped but he did make up a little. it's all about consistency! I tried to go to the website to look at the FanTrax league Con created but it wouldn't/couldn't find it. So here is the latest from last weeks race:

Con 865
Dick 853
The YTD totals are:
Dick 6796

Couple of weeks late but I'll try to combine the results from the past few weeks.
Bristol was a great week for me personally as my group of drivers put up some big point totals, not quite eclipsing the 1,000 point barrier but close. Here is the results for that week:
Derek 671, Scott 773, Con 736, and Dick 988.
The following week at Martinsville was another good week for team Downard as my guys got close to that 1,000 point mark once again but not quite getting there. Here is the results for Martinsville:
Derek 680, Scott 750, Con 797, and Dick 960.
Last week I actually got to watch the race while we were in Maui, at least the last 40 laps where i saw Jeff finally get into Victory Lane. He had a good car and Scott I'm sorry Edwards crew had the mess up, but I think Jeff actually had the better car and it would have been a good race to the end, I mean Jimmy ran him down and Jeff barely held on. Here are the results from Texas:
Derek 696, Scott 823, Con 762, and Dick 922.
With 3 weeks in a row of 900+ points that put me back on top of the leader board for totals for the season here is the up to date scores on the leader board:
Dick 5,943
Scott 5,680
Con 5,385
Derek 4,976
As we all have seen in the past one great week by one group and a poor week by another and all the places move around. Derek, if Speed can stay in the field that would help you, it hurts when one of your guys gets you no points for a race.
Happy Easter to you all!

Atlanta Recap
Congratulations to Con! We got a winner other than Scott finally! I thought i had a good week but when I ran the numbers Con and Scott both had better weeks than me. Con had the best week with the winner as well, he scored 843, Scott was next at 820, and I had 808. Hang in there Derek, all it will take is one of those 1000 point weeks and your back in the mix. Derek struggled because Biffle let him down this week, actually the Biff got nailed and it wasn't his fault, just some good 'ol bad luck, Derek scored 797 even with biff only netting him 61 points this week. Here is the up to date season scoring: Scott remains on top at 3334 points, Con slides into second with a good week at 3090, Dick dropped another spot this week but close to Con at 3073, and Derek hanging in at double Harvick, 2929. Good season so far fellas, it sure makes it fun to watch when you can, you are interested in the back of the field as much as the front, you keep looking for your guys to improve positions, there for a while I was really happy as Gordon was leading, Jimmie was in second and Mark Martin was moving between 4th and 5th, then the blown tire and Martin day was ruined. Great week Con! You all have a great week!

Las Vegas Nightmare
Hello all
It was a nightmare for my group of drivers at least! Man 2 of the bottom five. You all had solid weeks all in the 800's my crew only managed to get 579 total points and so I dropped from the top of the standings and Scott ascended to the top. Scott is now leading with 2514, then me at 2265, then Con at 2247, and Derek right there at 2132. Still very close, Scott we are sorry Kenseth ended up last but you still ended the day with the most points because the rest of you guys were solid.
Great job this week guys, good luck next week!

California Wrap Up
Scott had a good weekend as his driver won for a second straight week, we better check him for steriods! Not Scott, his driver Kenseth! Those Rainbow Warriors better be practicing this week, you can't get beat back out of pits with 24 laps left, you just can't! Good job Scott! Con added Labonte to his fold and dropped Gilliland for the remainder of the year, with that move he added 102 to his score last week and Labonte netted him 103 this week, looks like a good decision. Here is the actual rundown and totals for each of this week:
Derek Scott Con Dick
BIFFLE 165 EDWARDS 151 STEWART 147 JOHNSON 143
HARVICK 49 BUSCH 165 EARNHARDT 46 GORDON 175
NEWMAN 79 KENSETH 195 BURTON 67 HAMLIN 150
KAHNE 127 BOWYER 106 TRUEX 82 MARTIN 48
VICKERS 134 MCMURRAY 115 BUSCH 160 RAGAN 112
MEARS 91 MENARD 52 LOGANO 85 SADLER 88
SPEED 40 RUETIMANN 121 LABONTE 103 MONTOYA 135
TOTAL 685 TOTAL 905 TOTAL 690 TOTAL 851
So here is the YTD totals
Derek Scott Con Dick
Daytona 626 737 718 835
California 685 905 690 851
TOTALS 1311 1642 1408 1686
So we are all still really close and one big week by one will vault you to the top, to win you need consistency, look at all of Scott's drivers all but one got 100+, if Menard hadn't of scored so low this week he would really be ahead!
Haven't been able to watch any races at all, I can't wait until my addition is done then on sunday I can just sitdown and wathc a rece, probably won't happen until they switch networks and I have no cable! Have a great week guys!
